We support the transfer of the deceased person to your country from Japan.

In order to transfer the deceased person  from Japan to your home country, you need to do many things such as treatment (embalming) of the bodies and document procedures. We will handle procedures and arrange air flights.

The flow of transportation your country

①Local transfer

②Embalming procedure

We will lay out the remains in our facility. After that, we embalmed the deceased person with professional staff. Embalming is to treat a dead deceased person with chemicals, oils  to prevent it from decaying. In many countries, embalming is a legal requirement for the body. Depending on the condition of the deceased person and religious reasons, dry ice treatment may be required. We will meet your request.

③Dressing

We will put on clothes for the body. We will proceed with it while confirming your customs and religion.

④Placing of the deceased person in coffin

⑤Document preparation

We will support you in preparing the documents to be submitted  with the embassy (consulate).

⑥Booking a flight ticket

Please make a reservation for the flight ticket to the destination. You may also need to book a flight ticket for your passenger. You may not be able to board the same plane as the deceased person.

⑦Air transport procedure

At the departure airport, we will carry out air transportation procedures for the deceased person.

ご遺体を日本から母国へお送りするためには、ご遺体への防腐処置（エンバーミング）、書類の 手続きなど多くのことをする必要があります。それらの手続き等の代行、及び、航空貨物便の手配まで一切をお取扱致します

海外への搬送の流れ

①お迎え

指定の場所まで寝台車でお迎えいたします。

②エンバーミング処置

当社施設で故人をお預かりします。その後、エンバーミングを行います。エンバーミングとはご遺体を衛生的に長く保全する技術のことです。日本国内でお亡くなりになられた外国籍の方がお身体のまま母国へお帰りになる際には、受け入れ国や航空会社でエンバーミングを行うことが義務付けられている場合がございます。遺体の状況や宗教上の理由で、ドライアイス処置になる場合もあります。私たちは、皆様のご要望に合わせて遺体の処置を行います。

③衣服の着付け

・故人に衣服の着付けを行います。あなたの慣習や宗教などについて確認しながら進めます。

・納棺ご遺体を棺に納めます。

・書類の準備大使館 （領事館）と連携を図りながら提出する書類を準備します。

・英訳での書類手続きを行います。

④フライトチケットの予約

搬送先までのフライトチケットの予約をしていただきます。同乗者のフライトチケット予約 も必要となり得ますが、故人と同じ飛行機には同乗できない場合がございます。

⑤空輸の手続き

出発空港にて、故人の空輸手続きを行います。
